CESU TURNI

CESU TURNI

Spot problems before they become downtime.

Three-axis vibration measurement with onboard spectral analysis in a compact IP67 sensor—either as detailed monitoring data or local alarms wired straight into the machine.

Vibration is an early warning

The machine usually tells you first

Worn bearings, damaged gears and unwanted resonance rarely arrive without warning. They announce themselves as changes in vibration long before a machine stops.

Cesu Turni measures those changes in three axes and performs spectral analysis directly on the sensor. Instead of leaving another system to untangle raw acceleration data, it extracts the frequencies and amplitudes that tell you what the machine is doing.

Two variants

Not every machine needs the same answer

Monitoring

Use the monitoring variant when you want to follow machine health rather than wait for a fault. Detailed vibration data is available over Modbus RTU or Bluetooth LE for comparison, trending and analysis.

Integrate it with your current monitoring system—the vibration data is yours. No monitoring system? We are developing a database-backed analytics dashboard around the same data, with spectral history and machine trends already running in our current implementation. Talk to us about a suitable monitoring setup for your application.

Alarm and relay

Sometimes the right response to excessive vibration isn't another graph. It's slowing down or stopping the machine.

This variant evaluates vibration locally and provides two configurable, potential-free relay outputs to your control system. It needs no monitoring platform, and alarm settings are tailored to your machine.

The relays replace the wired Modbus RTU connection; vibration data remains available over Bluetooth LE.

Blippa™ companion app

Adjust alarm levels at the machine

For the alarm variant, Blippa turns an Android phone into the local interface for Cesu Turni. Check and adjust alarm levels over NFC with a tap—no service cable, specialist equipment or firmware change required.

  1. 1Tap the sensor
  2. 2Review alarm levels
  3. 3Apply the adjustment

Monitoring without a black box

Your vibration data, made visible

The current dashboard implementation brings recorded measurements and spectral history together, making it possible to compare machine behaviour over time and explore developing vibration patterns.
