A finished PCB design is not the same thing as a product you can manufacture reliably. Somebody still has to design the fixture, choose the test hardware, write the software, build an operator interface and decide what happens to every result.

The operator workflow
Load. Close. Test.
Place the board in the fixture and close the lid. The built-in USB camera automatically reads its barcode, identifying the unit without a handheld scanner or another manual step.
The kiosk UI shows progress, measurements and useful failure messages. Panelized products are supported too, with the status of each board kept clear throughout the run.

Fixture and mechanics
Generated bed-of-nails files, guide features, compliant board support, a proven clamping mechanism and a practical MDF enclosure.
Controller hardware
A Raspberry Pi-based reference design with curated peripherals for current, voltage, IO and RF measurements as required.

Test framework
pytest-based execution, equipment hooks, configuration protocols, persistent settings, versioning and result annotations—without the usual pile of one-off scripts.
Operators and results
An auto-starting kiosk UI, panel support and ready-made PostgreSQL integrations for traceability and production follow-up.
Connected by design
Support does not require a factory visit
Every rig is connected through a customer-specific WireGuard VPN, giving your authorized team and EUB a secure route for remote monitoring, support and software updates.
